MeetingQuality app for iPhone and iPad

MeetingQuality measures meetings! We measure emotions, quality of relationships, perception and working styles in 45 seconds or less in a way that focuses on your privacy. Obviously we improve meetings but also we predict the outcome of a surprisingly large number of organisational initiatives such as projects, customer acquisition and culture improvement.

It couldnt be simpler to initiate. Just add MeetingQuality as one more attendee in the meeting calendar invite. Any calendar software can be used eg iPhone calendar, Outlook Calendar or Google calendar. Thats it. We will do the rest through a combination of email and through the app.

The first outcome is that meetings get better. However we can also predict if a project is about succeed or fail based on the people metrics of the various project meetings. We call this the only new project metric this century.

We also predict the gain or loss of a customer even from the first meeting based on the emotion, quality of relationships, perception and working styles at customer meetings.

Interesting data aggregation 2: Comparing employees to how they value the employer brand to relationship quality with their colleagues and then to quality of their bosss relationships. Highlights an organisations stars who believe in the employer brand but their boss is an idiot.
